Terms and Conditions

1. Validity Period: The Groomin' Paw-ckage pet card is valid for 45 days from the date of the first grooming session.

2. Non-Transferable: The pet card is non-transferable and can only be used by the pet owner whose name is registered on the card at the time of purchase. It cannot be resold, exchanged, or transferred to another individual or pet.

3. Single Use: The pet card can only be used for one pet per session. If the cardholder owns multiple pets of the same size, each pet may utilize the benefits of the card for grooming services.

4. Non-Stackable: The Groomin' Paw-ckage pet card cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

5. Appointment Encouraged: Grooming sessions are encouraged to be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. While walk-in appointments may be accommodated based on availability, scheduling in advance ensures preferred time slots and guaranteed service.

6. Usage Restrictions: The pet card is exclusively for grooming services offered at The Little PetHouse and cannot be redeemed for cash or used for any other products or services.

7. Card Expiry: Any unused sessions remaining on the pet card after the 45-day validity period will expire and cannot be carried over or refunded.

8. Lost or Stolen Cards: The Little PetHouse is not responsible for lost or stolen pet cards. It is the cardholder's responsibility to safeguard the card and report any loss or theft immediately.

9. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling of grooming appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session from the pet card.

10. Modification of Terms: The Little PetHouse reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms and conditions of the Groomin' Paw-ckage pet card at any time without prior notice.

11. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing and/or using the Groomin' Paw-ckage pet card, the cardholder agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
